<p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><br/>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Develop new test program ( Conversion, Characterization )</li>
<li>Lead on project off-load to production and provide detail project report &amp; Training</li>
<li>Re-engineer customer testing methodology for higher production throughput.</li>
<li>Develop software tools to assist projects development timeline</li>
<li>Generate and update new test program library</li>
<li>Perform test program conversion, test time reduction and test yield improvement to enhance productivity</li>
<li>Participate in team activities to support Product Engineering</li>
<li>Responsible for test bench-marking, engineering reports and data management</li></ul><br/><br/>
<p><b>Requirements:</b></p><br/>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Degree in Electronics &amp; Electrical Engineering</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years’ experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Knowledge of RF &amp; mixed signal testing methodology in both final test &amp; wafer sort; and test program development in C/C++, Perl, Awk and VB</li>
<li>Experience in LTX Fusion, Agilent 93K, Credence Quartet and Teradyne Catalyst, J750 and Tiger systems is an advantage</li>
